DESCRIPTION:The Mendocino Art Center hosts the fifth annual Mendocino Open Paint Out\, a plein air festival. The festival includes plein air painting\, with wet paint sales of new artwork each day in the Art Center's galleries by more than 60 artists\, twice daily demonstrations by featured artists\, the opportunity to watch featured artists paint outdoors\, nightly community dinners\, a Quick Draw Competition and Sale\, a celebratory awards ceremony and more. All activities are free and open to the public. Donations are requested at the demonstrations.
