SUMMARY:Hike the oak woodlands at Ridgewood Ranch with the Mendocino Land Trust
DESCRIPTION:We will hike through oak woodlands and a fire scarred landscape to a viewpoint overlooking Walker Valley. This area burned during the Redwood Fire last fall and is preserved by a conservation easement with the Mendocino Land Trust. During the hike we will talk about future fire restoration plans. This will be a 5 mile hike\, with 700 feet of elevation gain. RSVP required   (707) 962-0470 or admin@mendocinolandtrust.org   we'll share detailed parking directions when you call or email. Please bring a lunch to eat when we stop at the overlook. There is no cost for this event.
